Casa Ual (the "App", "we", "us") is a web application available at casaual.com.br that integrates with TikTok via the official TikTok for Developers APIs (Login Kit and Content Posting API). By using Casa Ual, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
By accessing or using the Casa Ual application at casaual.com.br, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Casa Ual.
Casa Ual is an internal automation tool for live-commerce sellers in Brazil. Casa Ual allows sellers to link their own TikTok accounts via the official OAuth flow and schedule short video clips (cuts from livestreams) to their own TikTok profile, using the TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API.
To use Casa Ual, you must authorize access to your own TikTok account through the official TikTok OAuth flow. Casa Ual does not store passwords. OAuth access tokens received from TikTok are used exclusively to perform operations you have authorized: basic profile lookup, video upload, and video publish/schedule.
Content you upload (videos, captions) remains your property. You grant Casa Ual a limited, revocable license to process and forward such content to TikTok on your behalf, only as authorized by you.
Casa Ual is provided "as is". We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss due to third-party failures (TikTok, hosting provider), or consequences of unauthorized actions on your TikTok account.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through casaual.com.br. Continued use of Casa Ual after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You may revoke Casa Ual's access to your TikTok account at any time via the connected-apps settings in your TikTok account. We reserve the right to suspend access for any user violating these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the forum of the operator's domicile.
